• Please read the ‘Fire Action’ poster available in all bedrooms and corridors/event spaces and follow the instructions when required

• During the planned even day and in the Long Room/JBB Room, if the fire alarm sounds proceed to the ‘Muster Point’ at the front of the Porters Lodge
• All three event areas have sufficient Fire Exits which need to be kept clear at all times
• Smoking/Vaping is only permitted in the designated area (Storeys Way Car Park)”
